| Books | This check list is for use by parents to determine if a child may have some of the warning signs of a hearing deficit. If may also be used by a spouse or even for self-evaluation. It is important to remember that this brief check list does not provide the information necessary for a true diagnosis. A high score may indicate the presence of a hearing loss or it may not. Conversely a low score is not necessarily a reliable indicator of satisfactory hearing. Only a clinical evaluation can provide the necessary reliability. | |||||||
